Subclass 820 / 801 — Onshore Partner Visa
The Subclass 820 (temporary) visa allows the partner or spouse of an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or eligible New Zealand citizen to remain in Australia while their permanent visa is processed. The Subclass 801 (permanent) visa is granted at the second stage, usually after two years, once the relationship is assessed as ongoing and genuine.

Subclass 309 / 100 — Offshore Partner Visa

Prospective Marriage Visa (Subclass 300)

- Both parties must be at least 18 years old
